Dr. Charlene Robinson, Chief Financial Officer of Metro Community Healthcare, is a family medicine and primary care physician (PCP) who treats patients 16 years of age and older. Dr. Robinson provides comprehensive care, assessing, monitoring, and treating all systems to ensure proper functioning. When specialty care is needed, she coordinates care amongst other healthcare providers and medical specialists.
Dr. Robinson brings 25 years of medical experience in private practice, urgent care, and geriatric care settings to Metro Community Healthcare. After completing her undergraduate studies at Syracuse University, Dr. Robinson received her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Meharry Medical College. She then performed her internship and residency at Mercer University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice (FAAFP) and a member of the Georgia Academy of Family Practice (GAFP).
Dr. Robinson is a compassionate and empathetic provider who has dedicated her professional career to medicine and her patients’ health and wellness.
Annie H-Freckleton, Chief Executive Officer of Metro Community Healthcare, is a nurse practitioner who believes in quality patient care, a holistic approach to wellbeing, exceptional patient experiences, and open communication. Diagnosing and treating patients effectively and providing evidence-based medicine (up-to-date medical care based on current medical research) are the hallmarks of her nursing practice and career.
Annie founded Metro Community Healthcare with 15 years of management and clinical experience in critical care, internal medicine, and family practice settings. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and is a Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (ARNP-C). She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Annie brings empathy, experience, compassion, and honesty to each patient experience. She values community and makes it her mission to contribute to the health and wellness of her community through Metro Community Healthcare and personal endeavors.

Oneika R-Britton, Chief Compliance Officer of Metro Community Healthcare, is a nurse practitioner who provides primary medical care for individuals age 16 and older. As Chief Compliance Officer, Oneika ensures that Metro Community Healthcare is compliant with applicable healthcare laws and policies.
Oneika came to Metro Community Healthcare with over 15 years of medical experience in pulmonary, cardiac, intensive, and home health care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Mercer University and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Walden University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Oneika is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Sigma Theta Tau International, and Golden Key International Honor Society.
Oneika is an empathetic, caring, patient, and adaptable healthcare provider. She believes in open and quality communication with her patients, as well as other healthcare providers and medical specialists, to ensure excellent healthcare and coordination of medical care.

Dr. L Winston Freckleton is a Clinical Spiritual Counselor at Metro Community Healthcare. As a Clinical Counselor, he offers marriage, family, and young adult counseling, as well as bereavement counseling, to Metro Communinty Healthcare's patients and community.
Dr. Freckleton has provided clinical spiritual and pastoral support to individuals, families, and communities during critical life events for over 25 years. He holds a Doctor of Theology (ThD) degree from Jacksonville Theological Seminary and a Certificate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Tampa General Hospital, in affiliation with the University of South Florida. He is a Clinical Chaplain and member of the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE).
Dr. Freckleton has uncommon expertise in helping patients and families to navigate effectively through their grief journey. He is compassionate, honest, trustworthy, and an empathetic listener and life coach. Dr. Freckleton is informed by a lifetime of caring. He has dedicated his life to enhancing the wellbeing of his family and community.
